4 Fall Looks with Dixie Outlet Mall (1st Look)

If you read my blog often, you'll remember my posts on my collaborations with Dixie Outlet Mall, and the amazing deals I have found.

For those of you who are new to my blog, Dixie Outlet Mall is located in Mississauga, Ontario. Every time I go, I always find a good deal. So, if you live in the area, you have to check it out. They just added a Forever 21 that has nothing over $15 in the store! Amazing right?!

I am so excited that I have partnered with them again to show you 4 different fall outfits and how much I saved.

Here is my first look:

This outfit is perfect for the beginning of Fall. The past few days have been so nice - you don't need a jacket.

I picked up this cute dress from Urban Planet for only $20 (Reg. $42) I am going to get so much use out of this dress. I can wear it in the summer with a pair of flip flops, or in the fall with thigh high boots like I styled it here. For those cooler nights, I could always throw on a light jacket.

I wanted a pair of thigh high boots last year, but I couldn't find a pair in my size. They were selling out everywhere! I picked up these ones at Sirens for $54.99. They were just put on the shelves a couple of days before I purchased them, so they were regular price, but I think they are a staple item for Fall. To finish off the look, I scored this purse for only $39.99 at Winners (Reg. $75 ) The nail head detail and tassel sold me, lol!

Check back next week for Look 2!

Floral Kimono

Kimono- Jean Machine     White Jeans- Urban Planet     Grey Tank Top- Forever 21
 Booties- Sirens    Choker- Pretty Thingz

Sorry for the lack of posts the past couple of weeks. With my son going back to school, and my husband starting a new job, we needed to figure out a new routine.

I absolutely love this look on the blog today. I purchased this Floral Kimono at Jean Machine, and I think it's another great transition piece into Fall. It's very lightweight and flows so well.

I love the floral print too. The flowers are a perfect size that doesn't make it look too busy.  I think it will look great with any pair of denim or black leggings. I styled it here with white jeans, a dark grey tank top, and black booties which I think goes well together. To finish off the look, I added a wrap around choker which has gold accent pieces on the ends which I love!

I linked some similar items below that I love too. Have a great week!

Blue & White Romper

Dress- Winners    Shoes- Target    Handbag- Louis Vuitton    Sunglasses- GUESS

This is pretty embarrassing to say, but this is my first Romper! I know..crazy right? I always loved the look of them, but I could never find one that fit me properly.

This one is from Winners, and I love it so much. I am so glad I finally found one that I liked.  I wore this for our second dinner in NYC a few weeks ago (See first outfit here

I paired it with my nude heels from Target, and my LV Neverfull handbag. I love the pattern detail on the romper, and the cute little tie waist tassel. I also love that it has long sleeves, which is perfect to wear now as we transition into the Fall. I think it would look super cute with a pair of booties! Can't wait for the cooler weather- I love Fall so much!

I have linked a few other items that are similar below. Hope you have a great weekend!

Grey Floral Dress

Dress- Marshalls    Shoes- Target    Handbag- Louis Vuitton   Sunglasses- GUESS

I love this dress so much. I picked it up about a month ago from Marshalls, for our trip to NYC a few weeks ago. I wore it for our Anniversary dinner at Buddakan. (yes, that's the restaurant from the movie Sex in the City, lol) The food was amazing!  I highly recommend going there if you are in New York City. It's such a gorgeous restaurant too.

I fell in love with the beautiful floral pattern on this dress- it's just so pretty. I paired it with my nude heels from Target which are so comfortable.

I am so glad I brought my LV Neverfull bag with me.  It was perfect to carry my bigger items like my camera and sweater because I always get cold in restaurants with the AC.

I have another outfit I wore for our second dinner that I will be posting later this week, so stay tuned.

Getting Pampered Thanks to Groupon!

Being a mom can get so busy and tiring, so every month I like to get out of the house for some "Me" time. Making sure to find time for yourself I feel is so important. It helps you re-charge. I don't even need to be gone long, just an hour does the trick. I'm a girl who loves a good deal, so I always check out Groupon first to see if I can save some money.

I love Groupon. I use it all the time. I can always count on them to have a good Groupon running when I need it. There is so much of Health, Beauty & Wellness Groupons to find on Groupon. I never have a hard time finding anything.

I like to rotate the services each month. There is always so much to choose from. One month I will get a facial, next month I will go for a massage, the following month I will either get a pedicure or manicure etc. I even find it fun to plan a girls night, and ask a few friends to join me. :-)

Groupon has awesome getaways and restaurant deals too. Perfect for either a family trip or a date night! I also love Groupon Coupons to save money too because there is no membership required.

If you have never used Groupon before, I highly suggest trying it. It's super easy to use, and you can always count on  good savings. Sign up for their email, so you can be the first to know about new deals that come up. Visit their website here

Our Stay at the Park Lane Hotel in NYC

Every year around this time my husband and I go to NYC for our anniversary. We have gone the past 3 years in a row, and we went again last weekend to celebrate 8 years together.

Flying to NYC from Toronto is so quick. It's only a 1 1/2 hour flight gate to gate. So less than 1 hour in the air, which makes it a great place to go for the weekend to celebrate something special.

We would usually stay close to Times Square because that's where we wanted to end up at the end of the night, but this time we wanted something a little quieter. We choose the Park Lane Hotel which is across the street from Central Park.

We stayed in a Premier Park View Junior Suite on the 44 floor, and OMG our view was AMAZING!!!! Beautiful view of Central Park, Upper East Side and the Upper West Side of Manhattan. It was by far the best view I have even seen in a hotel room.

The room was so spacious too. It had a King bed, a desk, a couch and a little sitting area.

If you have ever been to NYC, you know all about extra room charges that can sometimes be added to your bill. Well at the Park Lane Hotel, they have a room charge as well......... but we LOVED it!!

Each room is charged $35 a day which includes:
- Hors d'oeuvres, wine, champagne, beer, bottled water, soft drinks and assorted snacks from 5-9pm in the Park Room overlooking Central Park

-Wi-Fi  for up to 6 device connections

-All local, long distance and international phone calls

-Use of the Business Center, including printing documents

-Use of the newly-renovated Fitness Centre which is open 24 hours a day

Isn't that amazing?! So worth the $35 a day.

I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat. This hotel was amazing and the staff was excellent. We couldn't have left happier.

P.S.  Lady Gaga lives a couple of doors down from the Park Lane Hotel.

Cream Dress

One of the main reasons I picked up this dress was because of the strips of mesh that went across my chest and over my shoulders. I thought it looked super cute. I also love the length and also how comfortable it is.

I snatched it up at Marshalls a couple of weeks ago for only $39.99, which is a great buy. I paired it with my Tory Burch bag and my beige fringe heels from Target.

If you can't find the dress anymore at Marshalls or my Tory Burch hang bag, I linked some similar ones down below. I also linked some similar heels too for all you Canadians that can't shop at Target anymore :(
